Amanda C. Kinkade
Amanda Kinkade is a Jacksonville native that graduated from the University of North Florida in 2004, BA in Finance with a specific track in real estate. Upon graduating, Amanda obtained her FL real estate license and began working for a local developer, The Devlin Group. In 2007, Amanda transitioned into commercial real estate, with Addison Commercial Real Estate. At that time, Amanda obtained her real estate broker’s license. Since then she has worked on a number of sales and leasing transactions totaling over $67 Million, which have included office, retail, industrial and land development sectors.
Amanda started her own commercial real estate company in early 2018 with the goal of providing a higher level of service for her long-term commercial real estate clients and investors.
Amanda loves calling Jacksonville home, and believes Northeast Florida is one of the greatest communities for both living and long-term investing. She is involved in several civic organizations in the community and serves as President of Exchange Club Jacksonville, is an active member and former President of BNI, Money Tree Chapter and is a member at Longleaf Church in St. Johns County.
When Amanda is not working or volunteering she loves spending time with her family; husband Brian and three daughters. On weekends, she can usually be found on the sidelines at her daughters sporting events enthusiastically cheering them on!

Brian Kinkade
Brian leads the firms Property Management Division and has over 20 years experience in Real Estate, Marketing and Advertising. Brian previously held Vice President and senior leadership roles at Dalton Agency as well as Morgan & Partners where he worked on many large-scale real estate projects throughout the United States such as Cinnamon Beach, (Centex Destination Properties); Tahoe Mountain Resorts (East West Partners); Glass House (East West Partners) and V at Lake Las Vegas (Centex Destination Properties). Brian’s marketing experience and ability to manage budgets for our commercial investors ensures their portfolios success.
Anyone who has visited Brian’s office knows he is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys hunting and fishing, and more importantly he enjoys doing those activities with his three daughters (when they get up early enough) he has with his wife Amanda.

Richard Saig, Jr.
Richard Saig Jr. was born and raised in Jacksonville, attending Bishop Kenny High School and later graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business.
After working for Merrill Lynch post graduation, his career in real estate began in 2013 as a property manager for Akras Family Enterprises. Richard gained commercial property management experience for two years at Akras before deciding to advance his career into sales and leasing with Addison Commercial Real Estate. His 30+ years of calling Jacksonville home has allowed him to watch our city grow into the amazing place it has become. In 2018, Richard began working at Kinkade Commercial Real Estate and has vast experience dealing with Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases in Retail, Office, Industrial, Land and even Breweries which Jacksonville has become known for in the tourism industry. Richard knows his way around City Hall as well and has developed great relationships working on redevelopment projects that included rezoning and approval from Jacksonville City Council.
Richard has a black & white, adopted lab mix, Skyler. Richard is a supporter of all UF athletics and enjoys going to their sporting events year-round. He is also a lifelong Jaguars fan and season ticket holder. He enjoys being active outdoors on his kayak and paddleboard as well as spending time with family and friends.
