Amanda Kinkade
Amanda Kinkade is a Jacksonville native that graduated from the University of North Florida in 2004, Bachelors in Finance with a specific track in real estate. Upon graduating Amanda began working for a local developer. In 2007, Amanda transitioned into commercial real estate, with Addison Commercial Real Estate. At that time, Amanda obtained her real estate broker’s license. Since then she has worked on a number of sales and leasing transactions totaling over $100 Million, which have included office, retail, industrial and land development sectors.
Amanda started her own commercial real estate company in early 2018 with the goal of providing a higher level of service for her long-term commercial real estate clients and investors.
Amanda loves calling Jacksonville home, and believes Northeast Florida is one of the greatest communities for both living and long-term investing. She is involved in several civic organizations in the community such as Exchange Club of Jacksonville (former President and board member).
When Amanda is not working or volunteering she loves spending time with her family; husband Brian and three daughters. On weekends, she can usually be found on the sidelines at her daughters sporting events enthusiastically cheering them on!

Rochelle Piersall
Rochelle Piersall is originally from Southeast Ohio; however, she has spent the last 25 years in Jacksonville, FL. She graduated from Marietta College (Ohio) in 2000, with a BA in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate profession, Rochelle spent 22 years in the commercial energy-efficient lighting industry as a Project Manager, working with large scale Fortune 500 customers where she managed multi-million dollar contracts for lighting retrofit projects. She spent several of these years managing projects at Walmart and Sam’s Club locations throughout North America. Eventually, her career trended to an international engineering firm where she managed multiple energy-efficiency programs for public and semi-public electrical utility companies, such as JEA, Columbia Gas of VA, Dominion Energy, and several other municipal companies. Her past experience with warehouse facilities and strong business analysis understanding eventually drove her desire to obtain her real estate license in 2018. Rochelle’s expertise naturally lends itself to industrial/warehouse space, but she also works in all facets of commercial real estate, such as office, retail and tenant leasing.
Rochelle is involved in Exchange Club of Jacksonville, a volunteer organization that promotes Americanism and helps children in need. She is a board member of the Child Abuse Prevention Center and enjoys volunteering her time with fundraisers for both of these organizations.
In her free time, you will find Rochelle at a sporting event somewhere in Northeast Florida, cheering on her three children, with her husband Ryan, with whom she recently celebrated a twenty year anniversary. Rochelle also enjoys home décor and travel.

Cameron Mesh
Cameron Mesh also calls Jacksonville his hometown, having been a Bishop Kenny graduate. Prior to joining the company, Cameron served as Executive Director for an automotive retailer that sold 3rd party services to dealership groups through the eastern seaboard.
While his main focus was leading sales efforts for the business, he wore many hats including running financial reporting, contract negotiations, and employee management.
Cameron joined the Kinkade Commercial team in 2024 after completing his real estate licensing requirements and has applied is energy and work ethic to the leasing and tenant clientele for the company.
When Cameron is not working, he loves spending time with his friends, family and his German Shepherd. Throughout the years, he has built long lasting relationships with many people in Jacksonville and relishes in the opportunity to create more.​

Brian Kinkade
Brian leads the firms Property Management Division and has over 20 years experience in Real Estate, Marketing and Advertising. Brian previously held Vice President and senior leadership roles at Dalton Agency as well as Morgan & Partners where he worked on many large-scale real estate projects throughout the United States such as Cinnamon Beach, (Centex Destination Properties); Tahoe Mountain Resorts (East West Partners); Glass House (East West Partners) and V at Lake Las Vegas (Centex Destination Properties). Brian’s marketing experience and ability to manage budgets and vendors for our commercial investors ensures their portfolios success.
Anyone who has visited Brian’s office knows he is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys hunting and fishing, and more importantly he enjoys doing those activities with his three daughters (when they get up early enough).
